Garden / Greenhouse Update

After all the excitement (and effort!) of building the greenhouse, the moment finally came to start moving some of our more established seedlings into their new home.
There’s something really satisfying about that transition, taking plants that have been carefully nurtured indoors or in trays and giving them the space, light, and fresh air they’ve been waiting for.

Safe to say, they are thriving!!
Within just a short time, we’ve noticed stronger stems, richer colour, and plenty of new growth.
It’s exciting to see all that early effort paying off, and it’s given us a real boost of motivation to keep things going. There’s still plenty to do, but this stage is definitely one of the most rewarding parts so far.
Next step: keeping up the care, staying on top of watering, and watching everything continue to grow.
Current Seedlings -
Fothergills
Cherry Tomatoes
Sunflowers (Wahoo)
Salad Tomatoes
Courgettes
Nasturtiums
Seeds from food scraps
Bell Peppers
It’s not just the greenhouse seedlings making us smile, the sweet peas I sowed a few weeks ago in the hanging basket have been soaking up the sunshine, and some of them are already starting to make an appearance!
